Peter
Aynsley, Director and senior consultant, is a professional with
more than 30 years experience in senior management across a range
of industries including property development, construction, resort
facilities, telecommunications, media and technology. Extensive
experience in providing due diligence services and third-party
advisory services with a specialty in large and complex
projects. Peter holds a BSc
(Architecture) degree from UNSW; is a Member of the Australian
Institute of Project Management; a Member of the Australian
Institute of Company Directors; and a Member of the American
Management Association. Peter’s roles have included corporate
management; business advisory; feasibility analysis; strategic
planning; business plan development; marketing; and both project
management and development management. Peter has been involved in
more than 200 construction/property development projects with a
combined value in today’s terms of more than $10 billion. In
addition, he has held General Manager, CEO, Executive Director and
Team Leader roles in businesses in a number of different industries

Neville
Thomas, senior consultant, has been practicing architecture
for more than 35 years. Over this period he has been involved in a
broad range of building types, including commercial offices,
residential, hotels & resorts, SEPP5/seniors living, health
care, industrial facilities and projects for the Australian
government. He has particular expertise in site analysis,
documentation review, problem solving and rational building design.
When Neville graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in
1971, he was awarded the Silver Medal of the Royal Australian
Institute of Architects – the highest award granted to graduating
students in Architecture in Australia. Since that time he has
worked with a number of leading architectural firms – initially
with Brewster Murray & Partners and Ian McKay and Partners;
followed by 24 years with the multidisciplinary

Neil Macdonald
Neil
Macdonald, Director and senior consultant, is a management
professional who has more than 30 years business experience – the
last twenty of which has been at senior management and/or Director
level. He holds a Bachelor of Business and a Masters of Business
Administration. Neil’s early training came from being placed in a
fast-track program in the banking industry, culminating with his
appointment as Corporate Finance Manager (NSW) for the National
Australia Bank in 1984. From 1985-1989, while completing his MBA,
Neil worked as a management consultant to a number of companies,
specialising in restructuring. He also undertook work for financial
services organizations in the area of venture/equity capital
raisings and syndicated debt finance. Neil has continued to

background, having owned and operated his own businesses since
1985. Kevin's broad-based experience led him to establish his own
business in 1985 and over the next several years he grew this to
the largest of its kind in NSW - with involvement in export,
commodities and most facets of the agricultural industry over an
eight year period. This was followed by Director and senior
management roles for both private and publicly-listed companies
located in both Europe and Australia. Kevin continues to be an
