mountains overlooking Cairns. The Montecito project comprised a
190-room deluxe boutique hotel with 170 separate detached dwellings
that have access to the hotel’s facilities. Facilities include

rooms and health centre with gym, massage rooms, spas and saunas.
Developer was ultimately unable to resolve access issues with
Council. |

Apartments: Development advisory for this $17.5 million luxury
15-unit apartment complex on Sydney’s northern beaches, planned for
completion in 2009. The initial Developer was unable to put project
funding in place following successful Development Approval as a
result of downturn in real estate market. Developer's Option over
the land subsequently lapsed and the site is being consolidated
into a larger overall development. |
