Project Management and Development Management for this proposed 5-star 125-room boutique country hotel on a 49.5 hectare site at Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Facilities included lounges; bars; fine dining restaurant to seat 50; hotel accommodation comprising 105 standard rooms and 20 suites; gymnasium with spa, sauna and massage rooms; indoor heated pool and outdoor pool; three all-weather tennis courts; conference facilities with business centre and meeting rooms; and an 18-hole executive golf course.
