Kevin Bostridge, senior consultant, has an extensive commercial background, having owned and operated his own businesses since 1985.

After several years in middle and senior management, with experience in accounting, cost planning and contract administration, Kevin provided consulting and advisory services for the managers and receivers of two major businesses - subsequently joining the second as Export Director. His experience in international markets led to a number of management positions for one of Japan's largest trading houses, Nissho Iwai. Kevin opened new markets for the company in the USA, Europe, Middle East and Far East - and was one of the first to develop direct trade with Poland and what was then Yugoslavia, dealing with the governments of both countries.

Kevin's broad-based experience led him to establish his own business in 1985 and over the next several years he grew this to the largest of its kind in NSW - with involvement in export, commodities and most facets of the agricultural industry.

From 1993 to 1998, Kevin was Managing Director and major shareholder of Nationwide Helpline Services, a call-centre facility that enjoyed client relationships with many major Australian companies, and which he sold to a NASDAQ-listed company at the end of 1998 - becoming a Director of their European operation. At the same time he invested in Posmedia (now ASX:DVM). Kevin was a Director of that public company from 1999 to 2002 - including a role in successfully achieving its public listing on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Kevin continues to be an investor in public and private companies. He brings a wide range of experience at senior management and board level across a diversity of industries to the Boards of the Rollspan companies and to the consulting activities of Christiana Capital.
