The Solanto project is located at 1070-1076 Barrenjoey Road, Palm Beach and comprises 12 luxury units constructed under NSW SEPP5/Seniors Living legislation. Christiana Capital was engaged in January 2005, after the developer had obtained development approval, to provide Project Management and Development Management services. Christiana assembled the documentation team to obtain the Construction Certificate, called tenders, appointed the Contractor, negotiated the final contract and was Superintendent for the construction period. Christiana also prepared an Information Memorandum on the project and assisted the developer in both obtaining and documenting a formal Joint Venture with a partner bringing equity, mezzanine finance and overall project financing. Projected gross realization from Unit sales approx $24 million.
