in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales. The Club was one of the

steel/timber framed metal roof.

and construction coordination in Los Angeles; design and
installation of interior components of an Indoor Golf Training
Centre at Sacramento (touted by the owners as the largest indoor
golf training centre in the USA at the time); concept design of
various indoor golf facilities in the greater LA area; due
diligence on a medical centre; and alterations to an industrial
building. |

distance of the Boomerang Bay beaches in the Great Lakes area of
NSW. Accommodation comprised cabin-style accommodation with
conference facilities for 100 people plus ancillary services

tennis courts and two swimming pools. Total 101 two- and
three-bedroom cabins |

services for this low and medium-density cluster housing
project on 41 hectares with central community facilities and 9-hole
golf course designed by David Graham. Located near Nambucca Heads,
the project comprised a total of 43 luxury detached houses, 200
houses in small clusters and 80-unit motel. |

services for this luxury resort development located in the
mountains overlooking Cairns. The Montecito project comprised a
190-room deluxe boutique hotel with 170 separate detached dwellings
that have access to the hotel’s facilities. Facilities include
restaurants, swimming pools, jogging trail, conference/function
rooms and health centre with gym, massage rooms, spas and saunas.
Developer was ultimately unable to resolve access issues with
Council. |
